BEVERLY HILLS, CA – Kashfian & Kashfian LLP is retained by the owner of copyrighted screenshots of world famous martial artist Bruce Lee displaying his martial art skills during a screen test for the film the Green Hornet after said work was infringed by Defendants PANGOLIN PICTURES, INC., FUEL TV, INC., FX NETWORKS, LLC, FOX CABLE NETWORKS, INC., FOX AUDIENCE NETWORK, INC., FOX CABLE NETWORK SERVICES, LLC, and NEWS CORPORATION. After the Copyright was issued in 1977, Defendants infringed on the Copyright by publishing and reproducing the Copyrighted Material without obtaining permission and/or consent from Plaintiff to publish and reproduce the same. Plaintiff is seeking damages and injunctive relief of said acts pursuant to several causes of action including COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT; UNFAIR COMPETITION (CAL. BUS. & PROF. CODE); AND UNFAIR COMPETITION (COMMON LAW).
