RACIALLY DRIVEN VIOLATION OF FEDERAL CIVIL RIGHTS (42 U.S.C. § 1983) AND VIOLATION OF RALPH ACT (CIV. CODE, § 51.7) AGAINST LOS ANGELES COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT AND TWO DEPUTIES

HACIENDA HEIGHTS, CA – Well respected community member pulling into a grocery store parking lot was, without warning, physically and verbally assaulted, detained and thereafter immediately arrested – with his car and person thoroughly searched without justification of probable cause. No charges were ever filed and only a traffic citation was issued.
